International Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Galit Rondin. We are happy to ship our jewelry worldwide. Below you will find our policies regarding international shipping, returns, and refunds.
1. International Shipping
- Shipping Cost: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
- Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on your location and local postal services.
- Order Processing: Please allow [1-3] business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. (Note: Adjust the days if you need more time to make the jewelry).
- Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. Galit Rondin is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the return is approved (item is in new condition), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Please be aware that international returns may take several weeks to arrive
4. Exchanges
Due to the long shipping times involved in international logistics, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at galitrondin@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
